Building the Foundation: The First Visit

On your first day, we set up an orientation to introduce you to our training method. You’ll go through ten exercises once, and our trainers will note your performance on a personal worksheet. This session helps you get familiar with the exercises and sets the stage for your fitness journey.

Progressing with Purpose: The Second Visit

On your second visit, we build on what you learned. We repeat the ten exercises, possibly increasing weights slightly to challenge you. You’ll do two rounds of 12 repetitions each, focusing on refining your form and gaining confidence.

The third visit is where you master your workout. We review and repeat the exercises from the previous visits, adding a final challenge of up to 20 reps. This ensures you’ve completed 800 reps and perfected your form.
