Laurie Butler – Master coach with over 50 years teaching experience and 50 years competition background in Olympic lifting, Bodybuilding and Powerlifting ,holder of over 40 Australian records and also a current multi world record holder.
Taylor Young – Former Miss Universe winner and current multi Powerlifting world record holder with over 30 years teaching and competition experience.

Supershape gym is open 24 hours-7days a week and staffed Mon to Friday 9am till 12 noon then 3.30 till 7pm. Saturday 9am till 12 noon. No staff Sundays or public holidays.
That`s a great idea! If a visiting friend or family member wants to workout with you, they’ll receive access to the same privileges as you for a nominal fee. They can also apply for a membership in the gym and get a 7 day free trial if they live in the Border area.
Supershape`s owners are both current multi world record holders in lifting weights with a combined 70 years personal training experience and are available to assist you with the equipment and to answer any questions you may have about your training program.
Being such a massive gym with loads of equipment we never get packed out but the club is a little busier before work, at lunchtime and after work. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere take a visit just after lunch or in the afternoon.
Yes. You need to use your own towel to lay on the equipment where you sweat and to wipe the equipment down after use.
